Jeff (MD), left school at 16 and obtained a B.Tech National in Mechanics in college. He has worked on all types of vehicles including plant (Hitachi UK) and in the mining industry (Australia, N. America & Africa), cars & light commercial, and military vehicles (Middle East & Europe). You name it, he’s done it.

His experience includes a stint at ABRO in Bovington working on army vehicles including 432 track carriers, and Foden recovery vehicles. 

At the age of 25 he took over an MOT station and spent four years learning the management side of running a workshop to round out his skills.

During his early thirties he worked across Europe on mainly US Army vehicles as a contractor before moving onto Australia working on drilling equipment to expand his knowledge and experience. Followed by time in Africa, again working on drilling equipment. Jeff spent six months in Canada before returning to the UK to work as a mobile mechanic for Hitachi.

And just so you know, Jeff recently obtained is HGV C+E licence.
